Within the zen-like stillness of Beyond Center for Yoga's studio, waves of inner energy radiate from rows of intense students. They're led by the studios cadre of certified instructors, who embody the studio's commitment to spirtual and physical well-being through the practice of ancient fitness arts. During adult classes, they teach students how to decrease stress in Gentle Yoga, connect breathing with poses in Yin Yasa, and challenge themselves in Power Yoga. During Pilates Boot Camp classes, they bring Pilates principles to standing bodywork, weight training, and balance and flexibility exercises to tone whole bodies.
