The food quality for the value is good at this location. The atmosphere was a bit smoky but I can understand that being a smoking establishment, although devising a way that non-smoking customers don't walk out of there saturated in the odor in their clothes might be ideal. The bartender actually lighting up and smoking while tending the bar was unacceptable. Service was very slow for a not-very-busy evening.
Smoking is permitted inside. We decided to eat dinner outside and all the tables were dirty. Food was ok, typical bar food. Atmosphere is not impressive. More of a place to have a drink.
Disappointed that the terms and conditions of the groupon I purchased were not adhered to by the restaurant. For that simple fact I won't be returning.
I wish it was non-smoking
Great food. My only complaint was the smoking at the bar. We are used to downtown restaurants where smoking is not allowed and we have a baby. We will probably pick-up food next time.

An armory of hookahs launches cool streams of smoke, which meander out onto America's Pub & Grub's open patio. Waitresses tote plates that hint at the comfort-fare traditions of Cajun and European cuisines with fried catfish, shepherd's pie, and other warming creations. Lights dance across the black-granite bar, where cocktails and draught beers mingle with happy chatter or woes about the tin-can-phone industry. Live acoustic tunes occupy the eatery's airwaves on some evenings, and guests croon their favorite tunes during karaoke gatherings.
