Miso's On Main’s small but mighty menu boasts a rang of East Asian plates from fusion delights to meticulously rolled maki. Japanese tapas welcome dates to share bites of bang bang shrimp tacos, tuna sliders, and scallops and bacon splashed with soy-lemon sauce. Sushi rolls are built with thinly sliced spicy salmon, crab meat, avocados, and cream cheese, and are served raw or deep-fried. When the sun sets each day, the eatery’s three levels elicit a festive bar atmosphere with neon-lit tables and plenty of sake bombs and beer served by the barrel.
