The receptionst was not very friendly. The dentist herself seemed a bit inexperienced and disorganized. She was a bit rough and her bedside manner left something to be desired. She kept pulling my hair and shining the light directly into my eyes. Their Xray mouth pieces were sized for large mouths only and hurt for my small mouth to fit. The pieces dug sharply into the top and bottom of my mouth. The cleaning was fast and adequate but after we were done nobody seemed to know what was going on. I had to ask the receptionist if the dentist was done with the consultation as she seemed to cut it off short before the cleaning. Then I waited up front for her to return and finish the consultation to which I was handed over to the receptionist to explain most of it. The receptionist spoke in dental language and did not seem to comprehend that the average person does not know dental terminology. She kept treating me like I was stupid for not understanding words like "distal" and referencese to teeth 2 & 3, etc. The assistant and hygenist were super-nice. The dentist and receptionist not so much.
