Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
All of our trainers who lead classes are certified personal trainers from a nationally accredited source. During our trainer led classes, clients are motivated by other class members and receive 1 on 1 attention from the trainer to ensure proper form is executed.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Stephanie and Jon Martin have been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. Stephanie became a nutritionist 2013 after receiving her Master's degree in Nutrition Science. They understood the importance of combining nutrition & fitness together to reap the greatest health benefits & reach goals
What do you love most about your job?
We love the fit community we've help create in Greenwood, IN. Seeing clients come in on a daily basis, with smiles on their faces ready to work is inspiring. Watching clients make dramatic changes is the most rewarding part because we are guiding them, but they are putting in the effort!
