A hatha yoga class featuring modifications that encourage participants at any level of yoga experience. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga, this class is a fit for you!
Open Level Yoga
Recommended for strong beginners to intermediate students and those that have attended beginner/basic classes. Basic postures are refined and more challenging postures including inversions, backbends, arm balances are introduced. Begin to work with pranayama (breath control).
The Stretch Class
A class for those who have never practiced yoga or stretched before, yet equally satisfying for seasoned practitioners. Come explore the breath, strengthen active ranges of motion, and release more comfortably in passive stretches. Create the space for your body and mind to feel great as you move through summer (and life).
This is a great place to experience the energy and flow of the dynamic Ashtanga sequence. In this class, students will practice the first section of the Ashtanga Yoga sequence, with appropriate modifications offered as needed. Students will be verbally led through the traditional sequence, and will be cued regularly to engage the core aspects of the Ashtanga system: breath, drishti (gazing point), vinyasa, and posture. This class is perfect for both students new to Ashtanga and those regular practitioners who want to build more strength, stamina and focus in the first half of Primary Series. Come ready to breathe, flow and sweat.

Kundalini Yoga & Gong
Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a technology brought and shared from the the East to the West in 1968 by Yogi Bhajan. It is an ancient lineage of Raj(Royal) Yoga once only shared with the elite, as its results are so fast and powerful. Kundalini Yoga utilizes the technology of asana, pranayama, and mantra to navigate both the body and the subconscious. In a Kundalini Yoga class students will practice a kriya, mantras, meditation, and relax to the healing gong. All levels of practice are welcome, no previous yoga experience is necessary. All ages are welcome!

This class focuses on the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga. It is appropriate for all levels of practitioners, including first time students, prenatal and those working with injury. Here, the student will be guided into different postures with a slow and rhythmic breath, paying careful attention to the joints and ligaments of the body. The usage of props will be incorporated in class to help the student develop knowledge of proper alignment, helping them to acquire a strong foundation in order to progress ease-fully in their asana practice
A class in which the main focus are the abdominal muscles. A strong core is necessary for a healthy spine and beautiful posture. Extremely effective, you're sure to feel the work you've done for a day or two afterwards

Hot Yoga Flow
Hatha Yoga done in a moist, heated studio. The temperature is about 90 degrees. Please be well hydrated, in good physical health and have a working knowledge of basic asana. Bring water and a towel and perhaps a bathing suit for an invigorating dip in the Atlantic afterward!
SUP Yoga Classes are 90 minutes and include a short warm up on land, paddle to our destination, and a yoga session that will focus on balance and core strength while the beauty of the outdoor setting relaxes and grounds you in your practice
