Bought a Groupon & told the lady when I scheduled appointment. Told my daughter after they started her that they would not accept the groupon bc Groupon was supposed to stop selling for them on October 1. Even accused me of not getting the Groupon when I did even though I had proof of my purchase. Charged us the full price plus added a tip on!! Horrible customer service!!

I haven't been yet! The salon cashed in my groupon on 9/24 and my appt isn't until 9/30. How can they do this? What if something unfortunately happens that I can't make this appt. they have already gotten paid for a service they haven't done.

The manager/owner was very rude in person and on the phone. Bought three one hour massages only got to use one, because the "rude manager" took two of them away. This was because of calling and scheduling an appointment not realizing I had another one the same day,called back within ten minutes she basically said too bad and took it.
She is very rude & nasty I will never go to that place again!

The owner or manager is very rude, has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever.
The staff however is very nice and personable people, I really feel sorry for them on a basis that they have to work for someone like her.
