Kimberly's Country Cooking is all about stick-to-your-ribs meals, and what better way to serve that kind of food than cafeteria-style? Patrons are served golden-brown pieces of fried chicken, mounds of mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, and sauce-slathered slabs of fresh ribs. They can also find traditional southern chitterlings, pig's feet, neck bones, and oxtail. The tables even sport rolls of paper towels to clean up with, in keeping with the restaurant's casual, down-home vibe.
