This is an amazing workout. I've been to both a boxing and kickboxing class and I'm very impressed. I'm used to doing a lot of cardio but this is a full body workout. The instructors know what they're doing are helpful to newbys, like me. Be prepared to sweat!

Full hour workout. 15 minute warm up with cardio, 30 minutes of boxing, 15 minutes cool down with core work. Have not tried kickboxing yet but I heard it is even more of a total workout.

Come prepared for a solid workout that will kick your butt! Make sure you eat before so you have energy and carry a large water bottle! Great workout from beginning to end!

Great workout! I burned 630 calories on my first visit, but people usually burn about 1000 calories per session. I'll definitely be back, and ready to work even harder.

Body-length heavy bags sway from blows dealt by boxing and kickboxing participants. They’re working up a sweat, but they’re not worried about getting hit back unlike the participants in the boxing ring. At TITLE Boxing Club Loveland, West Chester, and Hamilton locations, participants shed calories and relieve stress by pummeling bags or going toe-to-toe with a trainer wearing punching mitts.
