For more than 20 years, the Phoenix Fitness team has been building unique relationships at the gym, and the results of those strong bonds are apparent in the success of Phoenix Fitness members. The facility offers a diverse roster of group fitness classes that run the gamut from Hatha yoga to challenging boot camp and CrossFit classes. But the team’s devotion to member health doesn’t stop there. Personal training and nutrition services work in tandem with exercise to help members internalize healthy habits for life. To help with sports or other injuries, the facility also offers active therapies such as chiropractic care and clinical conditioning.
