Rodney Langel is no stranger to humble beginnings. An early incarnation of his pizzeria consisted of just one cook, one server, and one delivery driver. More than 35 years later, his eponymous shop boasts a 70-person staff that serves guests throughout three distinct dining areas. In the family-friendly dining room, groups tear into specialty pizzas such as the chicken alfredo with sliced red onion and minced garlic.
A selection of pub favorites—wings doused in one of four sauces, and italian beef sandwiches stuffed with seasoned Black Angus—satisfy those gathered in the sports bar. More than 30 flat-screens and three full-sized pool tables keep revelers occupied, but those looking for a quieter meal can retreat to the all-weather patio for a crock of french onion soup.
