Bertha is a very kind woman. She gave me the best facial I've ever had in years! She did not rush the whole facial process, she took her time cleaning every pore on my face. She had the lightest hands ever! I barely felt any pain during the extraction process. I was very pleased with the end result so I highly recommend her for facials and I will surely come back to her for my facial needs!
