Regular massage sessions aren't enough for therapist Nicole Lunan. To heal a client's body and mind, she uses four different holistic techniques. She incorporates deep tissue bodywork to relax the muscles and soothe away aches, followed by breath and energy work to calm the mind. Finally, she works with patients to help them release pent-up emotions, ensuring their bodies are free of all mental and physical tension. By combining these physical and verbal elements into each of her therapies, she can relax her patients and help them eliminate more stress than either therapy could alone.
