I was never able to speak to a live person. After being "lucky enough" to actually schedule an appointment online, they canceled less than 24 hours before my appt by sending me a text. I called and emailed several (and I mean MULTIPLE) times and no one ever responded to me. I finally gave up. The Customer Service isn't just bad here, it's NON-EXISTENT. I even tried calling them almost A YEAR later to try to use the paid value of my Groupon. STILL NO ANSWER! Don't waste your money. Any positive reviews posted here are most likely from friends and family of the business. I can't believe that anyone who cares about their business would treat potential customers this way.
I am sure that if I actually got to go to this place I would enjoy it, however making a reservation is extremely difficult, and once I was actually able to make it (a month and a half after I purchased it), I showed up to the place and there was no one there. I waited for 30 min and no one came and no one answered my calls or emails. After that, on the appointment I gifted my friend, I just received a cancellation email 10 min before what would be the appointment. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
