They need to remove the Hollywood location from their listings. It doesn't exist anymore and it was frustrating showing up to that location even asking if the apt was made for the Hollywood location.

Go back to beauty school. I went for partial highlights and a trim. The highlights turned out horribly (orange, uneven, very thick, didn't even cover the roots). I looked like I had halloween paint on my hair. The cut was a disaster. I had a nice haircut to start so I just asked for a trim. The idiot chopped up my hair. The "layers" were uneven. One side was noticeably shorter than the other. To top it all off, the stylist boyfriend showed up at the end of my appointment and was smoking weed right outside. I'm not opposed to weed smoking, but I thought that was unprofessional. I could smell the weed and when he came back inside, he was behaving very strangely. It was uncomfortable. I called the salon 2 days later to tell them what happened. They offered to have another stylist fix it. She did a good job toning down the highlights and did what she could to make the bad haircut less noticeable. She also gave me color protectant shampoo and conditioner, which was nice. I felt a little guilty taking it but I also felt they owed me since I wasn't getting my tip $ back. I would have rather had good hair than free shampoo and conditioner. The new highlights looked great but it all washed out the very first wash. Total waste of time. I ended up going to a beauty supply and asked the sales girl to recommend a permanent color to cover everything. I did a far better job on my own. Now I'm just waiting to grow out my hair to fix the bad cut. I know it's not Groupons' fault, but I will never buy a Groupon for hair services. Groupon was nice enough to give me a refund but the first stylist who completely messed up my hair kept the tip. The salon should have taken it from his pay and given it back to me. I could use it to get a decent haircut once my hair grows back to normal.
