Angus Steak House is the new moniker of the award-winning Beef Eater Steak House, — and Jimena Quiroga kept the well-loved menu mostly intact when she took over the family owned and operated restaurant. After placing the decade-old menu in one of those finger paint-resistant Declaration of Independence glass cases to ensure its survival, she took to the kitchen's grill. There, she sears steaks and chicken, or she prepares meatless fare, such as pasta dishes—spinach ravioli stands out, among other selections. To conclude dining experiences, Jimena might serve crepes set afire with rum, vanilla flan doused in dulce de leche, or other desserts made in-house. To complement meals, Angus Steak House serves a list of Argentinean wines by the glass or bottle.
