As a professional hula and Tahitian dancer and instructor, Pamela calls upon more than 30 years of hip-swaying experience as she leads her HULAerobics classes, which are suitable for exercisers of all shapes and fitness levels. The fun, lively workout borrows elements from Polynesian dances to help condition bodies, target specific muscles, and improve agility, strength, and energy. In addition to fitness classes, HULAerobics also offers dance programs that promote disciplined training, creative exploration, and self-discovery.
