Horrible! Horrible customer service and management. They make you feel uncomfortable, are not very experienced and don't seem like they are willing to learn or accomidate their clients. I've been begging to get my money refunded for the last 3 months and keep getting the run around. Avoid this place at all costs!

These people are charging for administrative fee, to do paperwork before they even start the service. It is unheard of that a doctor's office, demonologist, or any office for that matter charge you for your paperwork. On top of that I rescheduled my appt before the appt time. They told me I have to pay $25.00 in order to reschedule. The tech that is administering the service is not licensed.
