The only stressful part of a visit Bubble Tea House might be narrowing down your options. The drink menu alone spans more than 160 freshly squeezed juices, green and black teas, slurpies, smoothies, coffees, and other steaming beverages. For some added oomph, there's a wide array of jellies and sinkers—better known as the bubble component of bubble tea—from big and "baby" beads of tapioca to coffee and lycee jelly. The inventive drinks are accompanied by equally unusual grub, such as skewered and fried squid or fish balls and fried dumplings.
