At Committed2Fitness, if you run 5 miles, personal trainer Chris Green is going to run 5 miles with you. An ACE-certified trainer and Houston native, Chris wants he and his clients to achieve their goals together, which inspires him to work just as hard as his clients do. Chris leads individual and group programs, during which he drills athletes in exercises such as battle ropes, cardio boxing, sprinting, core work, and resistance-band training. Chris has multiple areas of specialization, including weight loss, constitution and endurance work, and muscle training.
