At Crossfit Urban Animal, certified coaches Drew and Jenna ready their charges for all kinds of physical challenges with the CrossFit system. The trainers can lead their clients through a series of functional-movement exercises that enhance all 10 fitness domains such as strength, stamina, balance, and agility. Drew and Jenna's daily workouts contain a mixed bag of exercises, including weightlifting, box jumping, and rope climbing. They cycle through exercises quickly to keep muscles from plateauing, and they change those exercises each day to keep participants from lethargy. While this sculpts all muscle groups, they also chose the system for its scalability. Even in group sessions, they can tailor workouts to each participant's skills and abilities. For those that work better one on one, they also offer personal training.
