This was a scam!! Do not use! I bought the Groupon for 3 workers for 2 hours. Two workers arrived late and the third didn’t show up until we reached the storage. I had already brought most of my stuff downstairs or outside by the time they made it. They broke my tv and took my dolly. I was asked to put up a $50 deposit just in case I went over my 2 hours. It’s the worst experience I have ever had and I will never do it again!! When you see their offer on Groupon, you thought founded a suitable offer, and after the work is completed, they will ask you to pay more than what you paid in Groupon! They had to mention these details in their offer to the public.

Movers were polite but not careful to move things, even though it was little and fewer things they manage to somehow damage my things. Manager and customer service was really bad, mediocre at best. I got this as a gift, I wanted to read and know about the extra amount I was getting charged but manager was very unpleasant and didn't even cover damages. WON'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AT ALL.

The guys did an amazing job unloading my truck it was 3 flights of stairs they worked so hard they didn’t break or drop anything and I was able to book last minute so definitely 5 stars

On the plus side, they got my stuff moved for a reasonable price pretty quickly. The down side, they scratched all my wood furniture and damaged my hammock stand. The two guys argued the whole time too, which I thought was very unprofessional. Wasn’t a terrible experience, they just need to take better care with how they set things down on the ground.
