The movers were great- but they were a third party movers. Luxe trucking themselves were terrible at communicating and ended up added extra costs at the end of the service after telling me on the phone that there would be no other charges before booking. When I was talking to them on the phone after service, I was trying to understand why the extra charge was placed, the owner kept talking over me and not listening to anything I was saying. I ended up having to stand up for myself to just be heard and have him answer my questions without being degraded

Fine print doesn't mention the 140 trip fee Scheduled my move the window was 12-2. Olu called and said they were running late and said he'd be there between 2-4. Called back and changed to 5 with his personal pick up truck. I stressed I needed to be out of my apt by 6. Arrived at 6:10. I requested a refund or at least a discount, the response was no. Unprofessional would not recommend

Scheduling was easy, movers were courteous, professional and on time/early. They gently Moved my items with care. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again! There is a trip charge that I wasn’t aware of until I scheduled….however, with gas prices being as high as they are now it’s not surprising.

The scheduling was done poorly. The move did not occur on the day and time I specified. The company was more concerned with making more money than the Groupon offer than doing the job. The actual movers were fine and did a good job. I will never use this company again. The workers are suffering because the management is horrible. I was charged for shrink wrap and dollies that were never used.

The move was great and I really appreciate how accommodating the company is! I purchased a different company on here and was disappointed by the customer service and I will say Luxe Trucking has restored my faith in booking moves on Groupon. My items were handled with care and I look forward to doing business with this company for future moves. Keep up the good work!

I request this company to move ONLY MY LIVING RM BOXES in a 1bd apt. We pack up EVERYTHING they only had to load my boxes on their truck and go 1mile to my storage. I had my neighbors help move some boxes because they were moving slow!
They damage my storage bldg, Broke end tables & Kept my mirror!
The UNPROFESSIONAL owner STILL ASK 4 MORE MONEY & NEVER APOLOGIZED!!!!
