I never got my free album in my email. The performance was awesome though.
Groupon was terrible!!! I bought these tickets months in advance and for months tried to find out where exactly the tickets were located and to make sure they would be distributed timely. I have multiple emails with Groupon stating that I would need to contact Flash Seats.
When I contacted Flash Seats they emailed my back stating they had NO arrangement with Groupon. After forwarding this email to Groupon, and having numerous conversations with Groupon representatives, I received absolutely NO satisfaction. A few days before the concert I was to have received the download of the new Buble album, but that NEVER arrived even AFTER speaking with multiple Groupon customer service representatives and supervisor. I never received the tickets or the album through email and had to fight to have Groupon refund my money.
I have used Groupon MANY times before and have always been satisfied, but this was the straw that broke the camels back. I will NOT use Groupon again as their customer service is abysmal.
