while lying in the cocoon, I was not told to expect a blast of cold water on me, then hot water, which was too hot. While in the cocoon, the small towel was dropped onto my face (the only exposed area on my body). Toward the end of the session, the hair on the back of my head was soaked with water.

Was unhappy with the constant wait times. The technicians all had different techniques, all were very nice, but once I had Dee Dee I realized the others had taken short cuts. Most had not given tips to maximize my visits. The employee turn-over was very high and made me feel that they were not happy in their jobs. Also I experienced drastic cold temperatures one day, very uncomfortable. On visit #3, I found out that the lotion you sell for $50 would boost the effectiveness of the treatment by 40%, why don't you use this product for free on clients? If I experienced a benefit from the treatment I would have bought more sessions and recommended friends. Isn't that what you want for your business? Kudos to Jaime, he was very nice and tried to make my visits more pleasant by conversing with me during my extended wait times.

You seriously need to get rid of the "manager" there on Saturdays. He has NEVER opened your spa on time. Out of the 4 Saturday appointments I had, he was 30 minutes to an hour LATE!!!!!!!! And he ALWAYS has an excuse - it clearly is NOT his fault ---- please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless of course, you don't have a problem with COMPLETE lack of professionalism and COMMON COURTESY.

the owner answered questions on the groupon deal. a couple of ppl asked if they could use it on a specific area and the owner said yes. when i went to my spa i was told by an employee that they have never worked on that specific area and didnt think they could. the next time i went, the employee talked to the owner and told me they werent allowed to work on specific area due to a chance of it being a cancer risk.

It's not as relaxing as other spas as you can hear others' conversation in the treatment rooms. The layout is too narrow and you look above at pipes in the open ceiling. The robes are cheap and you get the feeling they didn't plan the layout....just moved I to a hair salon and put up a few cheap enclosures. It was a lower class looking spa in an upper class hotel.
