WORST mani/pedi ever. First of all, they charge you for the paraffin even though the Groupon states that it's included as an optional service if you'd like. They didn't scrub my feet, apply lotion on my hands, and they didn't let my nails dry. They make you feel like you're less because you're using a Groupon.
She was very detailed doing my hair color. She wanted to be sure that all my 'gray' were covered before she shampoo. I looked great leaving the salon
It took over an hour and 1/2 to get a pedicure
I set my appointment and arrived 5 min. prior. Then waited for 45+ min., I was told it would only be a 20 min. wait.
While the place is beautiful management needs to be more professional and strive towards better customer service
The salon is lovely, beautifully decorated and clean. However, the services that you will receive for the $25 Mani and pedi are really just a glorified nail polish. There was no cuticle trimming. there was no cuticle oil. There was no massaging or exfoliating or warm towels.
This was a complete waste of $25 and I'm really disappointed in the quality of the work.
The classic manicure and pedicure does not include a cuticle trim or foot and hand massage. I was charged an extra $20 on top of the Groupon to have my finger nails buffed and cuticles trimmed. Also, this salon does not have the nice massage chairs that most other nail salons have. I will not return.

Beautiful salon, and very professional. Will definitely return to nail garden.
