He also offers an array of challenging classes that include hot Pilates, barre classes, and, of course, yoga.

Wayne Campbell is a wonderful yogi and a great teacher. If you are contemplating yoga classes in near town Houston, please join him in some of his sessions, especially the yoga fit type or even the hot yoga for a boost in your fitness and energy level.
