Miniscule amounts of toppings (I swear she counted the tiny squares of chopped fruit). Open bucket of water with cleaning solution in the food area. The place was thick with the odor of disinfectant, irritated the eyes and nose-but at least all the toppings were covered. But if someone makes a mistake like that, what else are they doing? Cool spoons, tho.
Too few flavors and didn't have but one normal flavor, vanilla, which they ran out of. Also the are VERY stingy w there toppings. If rather go to menchies or lemon berry where there is a wide selection, you can do it yourself and am paying for what I take verses feeling like the was next to no toppings and having to settle on a bizarre flavor.
Fun atmosphere. I love the dry erase wall for doodling on!!
The store was disorganized. They only offered four flavors, and they were out of the vanilla, which only left three to choose from. They were also out of certain toppings. There was only one employee and she was slow and was not friendly nor efficient. We were getting two to eat there and needed three " to go," and there were no "to go" containers or bags available.
You should always have vanilla and chocolate available . Don't boost about flavored in flyer and then have none of those flavors available . Store smelled like bleach not appetizing . I was there and 2 people came in to buy cupcakes and you didn't have any available .
It just wasn't anything special. We would rather go to Stricklands or Dairy Queen, and spend less and get a tastier treat.
I was disappointed with the sundaes that we got. We were supposed to get the pleaser with 3 toppings. I had to remind the clerk that we got the toppings and then it was like she was counting the little cubes of strawberry, kiwi, etc. Very disappointed. What we got did not look like 10.00 worth of product.
they need to have supplies for to-go orders rather than just people who are going to consume their yogurt immediately,
