Designed to be challenging, yet accessible to guests of all ages and fitness levels, the CrossFit regimen uses high-intensity sequences of functional exercises to create new full-body workouts each day. These functional exercises are inspired by the sorts of movements that people may perform in everyday life, such as pushing, pulling, jumping, throwing, and giving piggyback rides to everyone on the block. By incorporating some elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and track and field into each workout, CrossFit Haste's coaches help students develop greater strength and endurance over time. Attendees have complete control over their own workouts, which means that they can scale the load as well as the intensity of each exercise. Additionally, the coaches demonstrate proper technique and offer supportive guidance throughout each session, helping students challenge themselves while minimizing the risk of injury.
