Charlie Dyer and Luke Adams have been working in restaurants together since they were kids, working their way through various positions until they were finally able to open their own place. Harvey's Bar and Grill is the culmination of those efforts, and a reflection of everything they wanted their restaurant to be. It's focused on craft beers, with monthly rotating handles showcasing the country's best brews. There are even monthly beer dinners, where brewers come onsite to pair their drafts with custom menus.
But Harvey's isn't just for beer drinkers—it's a family-friendly spot. There's a kids menu with mac 'n' cheese and chicken tenders, and there's usually a game on the TVs for everyone to watch. Adults will find plenty of grown-up dishes, too, such as chicken carbonara and Angus sirloin.
