Cardio Blast Fit Camp takes health seriously. It combines nutrition and exercise to provide clients with a manageable way to achieve their health and fitness goals. A coach starts off each new student with a body-composition and bone-density test to acquire a baseline. This information is intertwined with custom nutritional guidance and boot-camp-style workouts, creating a three-pronged approach to fitness and weight loss. Medicine balls enhance 60-minute cardio and body-weight workouts, which round out the whole-body fitness program.
