Wonderful. Free Local Delivery within 15 miles of HB! Great communication via email and phone. I ordered in the morning and got it delivered at night and with no extra charge and no restrictions on floral selections. My first time and definitely not my last.

Below is my email thread will Floral Concepts. As you can see below they confirmed that the flowers were going to be delivered on Nov. 7th. They then sent me an email that they had sent me an invoice, which I never received or else it would be in this same email thread, and they never mentioned anything about the flowers not getting delivered if the remaining balance was not paid immediately. They said they tried to call me, which they did not. The flowers were for my anniversary, which was on the day of the Nov. 7th, but the flowers were not delivered until the next Monday which makes the flowers pretty pointless. I would like a refund of my $25 Groupon. The services which I paid for were unacceptable. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Dear Ryan, Your order was never processed because you had an outstanding balance of $4.99. We waived the $14.99 delivery fee for you. We sent an email invoice and tried to contact you on your cell phone. I'm sorry for any confusion. Unfortunately you will have to contact Groupon for a refund. As you bought a voucher threw Groupon. There not much of a selection on flowers and there is a another fee for delivery not much of a good deal

I did try it because it local to me and flower arrangement is very nice. I will definitely order again.
