Huntington Yoga & Wellness Studio offers a diverse mix of classes so that the studio can maintain an open-door policy welcoming students of all levels in its classes. There is a beginners class, of course, but new students can also try their hand at Vinyasa, an energetic sequence of sun salutations and backbends, or Kundalini, a more relaxing blend of breathing exercises and meditation. Yoga is just a part of Huntington’s approach, though. Owner Janice Grote has spent more than 30 years supplementing her yogic journey with other holistic practices, and so the also offers reiki, massage, and plant-based nutritional counseling.
