The candle came broken and I never got through to someone from customer services regarding replacing the broken candle.
Number does not work when you call I was unable to use my Groupon voucher number did not work use my one time extension to try to figure it out still did not get my order
Terrible packaging - I received the original order which was smashed and the replacement order, which was also smashed. It was dangerous when opening up the boxes each time as sharp, jagged, broken glass was all over the place. This company does not understand how to safely or adequately pack glass product. Avoid at all costs!

Order status states in fulfillment for 2 1/2 business days Calls go to a message box, call has not been returned I gave this product a try because I trust Groupon and have loved products they have offered in the past I am still looking forward to receiving my candle I would like to know when I can expect to receive my candle as I don't believe it will be 3 business days from placing my order
Easy purchase once the website was up and running.
