Widely considered one of Chicagoland's top courses, Orchard Valley Golf Course spreads its 18-hole, par 72 layout across 6,800 yards of western-suburb greenery. The course has become especially renowned for the diversity of its holes: wetlands, lakes, roughs, bunkers, hollows, and even waterfalls all crop up at some point, making rounds more unpredictable than the weather, the lotto, or the news anchor's hairstyle. Each hole's length also keeps golfers adjusting, considering nearly 400 yards divides the course's shortest par three from its longest par five. Before tee times, Orchard Valley's practice center preps swings with a full-service driving range and a large practice green. Additionally, the course boasts a pair of dining options, including Orchards Restaurant, which overlooks the course and offers comfortable outdoor seating.
