The lamb was delicious. Everything had a nice taste with some interesting spices. The restaurant staff was very nice. Will go again.
Great food and friendly service! Loved the eggplant dish.
The food was good but nothing great. Friendly service.
Friendly people. Very helpful.
Very tasty and simply prepared. The rice was unlike any I have had but may be typical for an authentic kabob meal. It was very long and dry. The meal appeared small but was very filling.
I love Persian cuisine, and this was some of the best. I had the Kebab Kobideh and the Salad Shirazi. Delicious! The owner brought us a sample dessert, sholee zard, which I will order next time! The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly. I am looking forward to eating at House of Kabob again soon.
The food is always delicious and made to order. Very sweet lady who owns the restaurant.
Having lived in N VA, I am a fan of Persian cuisine and understand what goes into its preparation. The food here is good, but the proportion of protein to starch is quite low for the amount of money they charge. There are other better choices in the area.
The employees were so nice and very helpful and everything was clean and organized. The food was delicious!
Clean, cozy restaurant with homey, friendly atmosphere. "Home-cooked" tasty Persian dishes featuring lamb and beef. Fresh accouterments. Overall positive dining experience, albeit a lack of vegetarian choices on the menu.
From Our Editors
House of Kabob guarantees the best Persian cuisine in town, and considering how customers are reacting, it looks to be true. Reviews often mention the friendly service and great atmosphere at this family-run eatery, but it's the food that everyone is really gushing about. The chefs offer plenty of halal kabob choices, from ground beef and lamb to chicken thighs, all of which can be paired with barley soup or cucumber salad.
