Our gym is a community of people who have a significant amount of weight to lose and who are committed to doing so for the long haul. Downsize is not a quick fix. We do not see it as such, and we coach our members to do the same. We're highly empathetic to our members. Since we've been there before, and since we are still on that journey, we make amazing mentors who should be easy to talk to and learn from.
