Excellent food and very nice people.
This time we just got carry out. Last time we had the Saturday buffet. I have heard many compliments about their lunch buffe, but I haven't been able to go for lunch. Barlos honored my expired Groupon as Groupon said they would, thanks!
While the pizzas I have ordered for takeout were very good, I cannot say the same for the lunch buffet experience. Pizzas looked like they were quickly thrown together, there were 10-12 pizzas presented at one time and several had been sitting for some time because they were either not a popular topping combo or did not look appetizing. Think it would be better if less choices were available and replaced when finished, so that the pizzas woudl be hot and fresh. Would like to see buffet choices made with the same quality and care as your individual order items. Also, salad was empty for a while, had to ask for some more to be put out.
Please include baking directions for take and bake pizzas.
I like the variety of toppings and enjoy the crust that is almost like a breadstick.

The cooks at Barlo's Pizza believe every pizza should be thoroughly delicious. That's why they offer a bold guarantee: if a customer orders a less-than-stellar pizza from any other area restaurant, Barlo's Pizza will replace the uneaten portion with slices of their own cheesy, savory pies.
Barlo's Pizza makes it easy to feed a group of any size. Diners can order gourmet pizzas in sizes that range from 10 to 29 inches, or opt for a high-value family-bundle meal. The spot's cooks cater to different dining preferences by crafting hand-tossed dough into Chicago-style deep-dish pies as well as gourmet flatbreads. Other specialties include saucy buffalo wings and sumptuous pasta dishes. Diners can enjoy a leisurely meal in a spacious dining room, or order take-and-bake menu items to go for when too many pizza dinners out have made your oven lonely. On Friday nights, local singers and acoustic bands entertain the crowd.
