We figured it would be a good idea to have the ducts cleaned when we first moved in so I picked up two of these Groupon's. I scheduled the cleaning, the guy came out, walked the house to count the returns and vents, and quoted over $900 to perform the work. I asked him what the groupon covered and he had no idea. I should have just sent him home. He ended going out to his car to "make a call to the office", came back in, and offered a 25% discount. Again, I should have just sent him home but had him do the work anyway. I found out a couple days later that he had broken a switch on the furnace duct work. I placed multiple calls to the company and two weeks later finally got a call back. I really didn't want them back in my house so I opted to have a furnace company do the repair.

Only negative is those who book and answer the phones. They never calls to tell me they needed to reschedule my appointment. But the tech was great and explained a lot to me on what he was doing.

The guys literally shop vacced our vents ... he claimed to not be able to hook our furnace up to the equipment ... so I paid this company to vacuum. Not. Happy.

They seemed more interested in up selling and overpriced treatment than doing the actual duct cleaning that they were contracted for they also did not seem professional.

Scheduled appointment and nobody showed up, rescheduled the appointment and the day before they call to reschedule. That happened twice. Customer service was poor, was treated bad on the phone. No apologies even thought I had to keep rearranging my schedule. Very disappointed with this Groupon.

It took over 3 weeks for this company to actually answer their phone and call me back I was on the verge of cancelling this groupon but they finally called back Then they rescheduled me 4 times and still screwed up the time The company that actually came out was great but this scheduling company was beyond rude, slow, and terrible I will never use a groupon for this service again

They did not do any of the services that I paid for. My husband said they were there about 5 minutes. They did not clean my clothes dryer duct but I had asked them previous to them coming to my house if they could vacuum under my icebox instead,. If they were unable to do the switch, then they could go ahead and do the clothes vent anyway. I was told they only looked at the filter to my furnace and said all looked good - far cry from servicing my unit. Conrad with Duct Time told my husband that my ducts did not need to be cleaned and that cleaning them would be a disservice to him. He said that we could give the voucher to someone who could actually use it. They only looked at the areas they could see and made an incorrect judgement call. I would have never paid for and set up the service if I didn't think I needed the service. That would just be stupid of me. I think the company is a scam and I would highly recommend that you not affiliate your name with this group.

They wanted a lot more money to do other work, this is a door for them to get in you house. I will never use them.
