Amber, brown, and pale ales round out the selection of more than 50 brews, which bartenders decant alongside more than 30 varieties of whiskey. The generous drink list complements classic bar food crafted with local ingredients, including wings tossed in housemade sauces and burgers with wagyu, Kobe, or Angus beef patties. Cooks even customize traditional and deep-dish oven-baked pizzas with more than 25 toppings, such as bacon, artichoke hearts, and sheep milk feta.
