The Key Haunted Escape Rooms, the home of Sammy Terry's Dungeon escape room, offer a completely different dark, edgy and mysterious approach to escape games within its walls. Just entering the arena of The Key will set your heart pounding as all players are given a small penlight then blindfolded as they are transported to their chosen room. The blindfolds are then removed to begin each game. Currently with eight different operating scenarios and six more to come, one room, Prisoners of War challenges players to break their bonds and breach the enemy's communication tower in attempt to save themselves. Another room, The Hunted, comes with an unexpected twist to the plot that no one’s expecting.
All of The Key's room-escape games are family friendly, fun and extremely entertaining with just a bit of humor thrown in. The games are recommended for families with kids even as young as eight years old. To help visitors determine the intensity of a room, The Key has a Creepy Meter rating for each room on its website. It also has a Difficulty Meter, letting players know just how tough they can expect the room's puzzles and clues to be. In the end, there is something entertaining and fun for everyone and all ages across both genres of scare and humor.
