I'd like to see classes aimed at middle-aged folks with knee or back problems. And more classes that are slower and more meditative.

Love this studio and the yoga setting they provide. Kate and Courtney do a wonderful job of indroducting new poses and make motifications. They also are great at giving feed back to be sure you are doing poses correctly. Emma & Kat have great upbeat classes that usually has you sweating by the end. Robin is a great mix of calm and relaxing with powerful poses she also does a great job keeping you up to date with what yoga classes are going on that week and supporting other teachers. Elizabeth is so calm and soft spoken here classes are great for finding your breath and learning a few new moves.

I haven't been to many sessions, as I have had a couple weeks of illness...but even though I had never been to Yoga before, Elizabeth was a great leader and gave good directions...and didn't make me feel like someone who didn't know anything. (although I didn't) Just wish I lived a little closer...and I hope to get back to sessions soon.

At Robin’s Nest Yoga Studio, certified instructors nurture students’ personal yoga practice with individualized attention. During both group and private sessions, yogis move about the room, modifying poses to suit varying skill levels. Teachers have stretched through at least 200 hours of training and bring their own personal styles to sessions, combining elements of meditation and strength training or blending sun salutations and poses that awaken the body and spirit, energizing students like a jog through a particle accelerator.

The schedule brims with one-hour classes that incorporate a variety of yoga styles, including hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. To mix it up each week, the studio hosts a Sunday sampler that features focused breathing exercises and posing fundamentals such as arm balances and hip openers.
