From Our Editors
The success of the 4-H Color Splash Run isn't measured by how quickly you cross the finish line, but by how many colors are streaked across your clothes. As runners of all ages navigate the 3K or 5K course along the Cayuga Waterfront Trail, volunteers toss green, pink, and yellow powders at them, leaving them caked in color. The event can be completed at your own pace, and afterward a party will celebrate the cause with free Firehouse Subs sandwiches and music from the Cornell Big Red marching band. All proceeds benefit the local 4-H youth development program.
