It's interesting that even though it's called an Oyster Bar, the wide selection of oysters: raw, steamed, Florentine, Rockefeller, etc. are not on the menu. Also, the peel n' eat shrimp that are available, are not listed. We had a great time and enjoyed the food and our waitress was very helpful!

I visited the restaurant specifically to get some raw oysters I was very surprised to find that they were $16/dozen!! But I ordered anyway but was very very disappointed in that over half of them were dime sized oysters!! My husband ordered fish tacos and the sauce that was on them was so watery that it came running out all over his fries when he tried to eat The bun on my burger was burnt black They had only 1 cook in the kitchen and it took 30 min or more to get our food! Server was nice Certainly will not return for food

From Our Editors

It’s 2 a.m. and the thump of dubstep still pours out onto Blue Water Daiquiri and Oyster Bar’s second-story balcony, drowning out the din of laughter and clinking cocktails. Although this casual eatery caters to late-night revelers, it doesn’t shirk cuisine: chefs marinate fish in creative sauces, such as soy and tomato-basil concasse, and serve dishes with tropical flourishes such as mango coleslaw and Chiquita-banana-signed napkins.
