The man giving the massage was dipping his hand into the lotion container to get lotion, I wonder how many people's skin cells were just rubbed into my skin? I was told on the phone when scheduling my appointment there was no paperwork so I brought in a health history form from another office so the therapist could be knowledgeable of my current health problems, which he didn't even look at, and returned the form to me when the massage was over. The massage was supposed to be a 60 min Neuromuscular massage as stated on the Groupon, what I received was 50 mins (even though I arrived on time) and the massage was he put it.. his normal routine..which was a light/medium swedish massage with extra skin cell contaminated lotion, a random burst from an electric vibrating massager for some reason and barely any work in the areas I specifically mentioned (neck and shoulders) I left the massage with the same pains I came in with and a pain in my right low back that wasn't there before the massage. I was very disappointed and will not recommended this place.

absolute worst , most uncomfortable massage, It was aparent he had no training what so ever in targeting pressure points and tight muscles. Most of the massage I was shaken and rubbed instead of actually being worked on to relieve pain. Never again

Massage therapist was good. Was turned off by the aesthetics of the facility. Bad odor (sweaty socks smell) and dreary. Staff nice enough. I would not pick this location as my first choice to get physical therapy treatment or massage. However, I would go back if I could get same massage therapist.

This was by far THE BEST massage I have ever had. Thank you for helping me find this diamond in the rough.
