To help busy exercisers fold workouts into their hectic schedules, the staff at Fitness Lab Jax developed their 30-minute circuit workout. At Fitness Lab Jax, founder Noha Soliman and her staff of nine trainers incorporate a slew of fitness styles into their classes, including core-strengthening Pilates and boot camp. They draw some of these moves into personal-training sessions, as well as TRX Suspension, during which exercisers’ arms, legs, or tentacles are elevated in hanging straps to further strengthen and lengthen muscles. To partner with their fitness services, the staff also devises nutritional plans and recommends the proper dietary supplements.
