Bluefish Restaurant and Oyster Bar in Avondale is an upscale seafood operation in the heart of the historic shopping district. There’s the Cuban Mojo Grouper, covered in a lime mojo sauce and offered with Cuban black beans and yucca fries, or the Black and White Sesame Tuna, seared rare and set against with soba noodles, wakame, a soy ginger glaze and wasabi cream. Hardwood floors, dark wood tables and recessed soft lighting give Bluefish a special ambience, while accent walls, table linens, glasses and barstools are as blue as the ocean itself.
