We purchased a deal on Groupon that included a free pizza drinks as well as a good deal on our room. We have a five and two year old and they both had a blast. We purchased the most recent Groupon deal which was the same plus tokens. With a discount it is worth it. Older kids might get bored after awhile, but elemetary age and under should have fun. The arcade is pretty minimal and some of the games didn't work. I see that as an extra and wouldn't base my opinion on it. It is also nice having a hot breakfast. It is still "buffet" food, but better than what you get at most hotels.

We have been there several times and love it.. However, our last trip was not as good as usual. There never seemed to be enough towels clean and available for the guest (always on the way). And that evening, there was a group who had booked 3 or so rooms beside each other and decided to have a party in the hallway with kids (and adults) screeming, hitting others doors, yelling and running up and down the hallways until the late hours of the evening.. Not such a good stay, but we would definately try it again. Our other visits have always been good.

Excellent water park. Pizza was terrible and staff needed help organizing orders. They were working hard but disorganized. A simple order took almost 2 hours. Breakfast should be served earlier. We left at 730am wanting breakfast but the restaurant didn't open until 8. Other than the experience was awesome!

When I called to make the reservation,it turned out that we could have gotten close to the same price without Groupon. The Groupon only saved $10. I understand that hotels have fluctuating prices, but part of the fun of using Groupon is feeling like you have gotten a good deal.
The people were very very nice when I called for the reservation and I think we will end up having a good time. It will be fun to be at a Water Park in the middle of winter.
