I was pretty disappointed with this GROUPON...I thought the hotel was very disorganized and unprepared for the SOLD OUT guests last week. A few things that happened: NO TOWELS at the pool for over an hour (bring your own)...The wait for the PIZZA deal (which was included in Groupon) was almost 2 hours which I don't think they planned very well for the dinner rush. And then we had 2 almost empty rolls of toilet paper in our rooms...I didn't LOOK to see if we had an extra roll in the room somewhere, UNTIL we were totally out during the middle of the night!!! We were...I called for toilet paper and they brought it right up...but I felt there should have been some in the room. Lastly, both my kids wanted tshirts ...My teenage daughter had to get a XXL because that was the ONLY white tshirt and my 6 yr old son didn't get a shirt because they were SOLD OUT of tshirts (cmon now) I thought that was absolutely ridiculous. It was a good deal on the price but I felt the hotel was VERY unprepared for the guests...even at the good price.

Need smoking rooms, There will always be smokers and although I respect non smokers rights,smokers should have rights also. Smokers spend money also

Very clean, all of the staff was very nice, and the pizza was great! Water park was very clean, and luckily we picked a day that was not crowded. The only downfall was the breakfast, it was definitely a variety of food, but everything tasted like it was frozen and then put in the microwave, but I can't complain to much, it was free! The kids loved it. We will go back.

This price at Groupon is a great package. The park is clean, the food is reasonable, rooms are nice. Breakfast this time was not as great as last, but it was okay. I will definately purchase this package again. You got breakfest, the room, water park for two days, large pizza, breadsticks, drinks and cookies for the deal.
