This is an incredible studio full of serenity and amazing instructors. If you don't have a yoga mat, it's ok! They have extras there. Just put your coat and shoes in the coat closet upon arrival and prepare for an amazing experience!

At InBliss Yoga, Marti and Starr Lee lead a team of enthusiastic and flexible yoga teachers, all of who are vested in helping their students to find greater balance in their lives. They guide students through 21 classes of stretching, bending, and relaxation exercises per week. With a good mix of morning and evening classes, they practice styles such as Ashtanga yoga, which is marked by poses such as sun salutations, jump-backs, and cat naps in a heated room.
